Much of our anxiety stems from doubts about the simplicity or complexity of what we need to do during the day, which have two simple states that make us fearful, anxious, or happy, and do not cause us anxiety or distrust.
My reason is that routine and simple tasks, such as watching a series or cooking, are not important and complex issues for us at all, because we are well acquainted with most of them.
But the result of thinking about doing things like driving for the first time on a busy street, parachuting, diving, or doing anything new that we doubt we can do increases stress for us.
Well, I say very simply, what is the point of ruining our nerves so much when we are living our lives easily ???
Usually new social, political or economic situations always make us doubtful and make our comfort zone smaller.
But its effect engages us in magic that we will never forget.
